Working with Allen from Freedom Kia was such a positive experience! I had dreaded looking at vehicles with my husband, so I was expecting an uncomfortable experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how endearing and personable Allen, Freedom Kia’s most veteran salesman, had been. We did end up leaving with a 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid, but I believe I would’ve written the same words even if we hadn’t left with a new car. Really love the 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid, we recently went on a trip Morgantown WV to Baltimore MD and only filled up once on the way back about 65miles from home. I call that a win, I would filled up 2-3 times in my previous 2010 Mazda. Everyone that I show the Sorento off to cannot believe how quiet it is even idling. So quiet I have forgotten to turn it off twice since purchasing, lucky for me I can turn the Sorento off with the app! The ride is pretty comfortable and my favorite part quiet! My husband is so jealous that his toyota doesn’t have nearly as many features, including the scheduled timed auto start. Really going to use that over the winter months! Super happy with our choice and so excited to have our first Kia!

Awful customer service and they lie about “being able to beat Pittsburgh prices”. Then go back on their word and decide to not reach back out to you. Would never buy a car from here

Freedom Kia always takes care of me!

I am on my fifth Kia and a great reason that I stick with them is due to Freedom's super service department. I can't speak highly enough about them.

I had a recall on my 2015 kia sorento and they replaced the long block engine. They had my vehicle done in 2 weeks. That's what I call fast service. Even thou I had to take it back to them. But it was to calibrate the engine. But over all they took care of it no problem at all. Thanks again

I worked with EJ and he was top notch from start to finish. Also, a special shout out to Aaron for saving the day when Chris from Finance (I think) nearly blew the whole day’s work. Aaron stepped in and he and EJ were able to continue the momentum we had going after an unfortunate incident. EJ is a wonderful salesperson; easy to deal with, upfront and genuine. I want to give a huge shout out to the people who helped us find the perfect vehicle. We went in not really knowing for certain what type we wanted but had a general idea. Allen was our sales guy and he was gracious enough to figure up more than one option for us. We were there 4 hours or more but he never gave up. He consulted with Joe the owner / manager and between the two of them they kept looking until they found one that seemed to be a perfect fit for us. Joe explained the different options and sent us to Harry the finance guy. He too was very pleasant and efficient. This was our 4 vehicle leave with Freedom Kia in Morgantown WV and we have to say they are the best. We have had great experiences with them the past few years and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Dealer charger for an electric car is locked after hours which is understandable. What is unacceptable is that the chargepoint chargers are locked also and I can't even pay to charge the car at a dealership after hours.
